1. Write to us with your order number

The first step is always to send us an email with your order number. This allows us to find your purchase immediately and process your request without delay.

2. A question about sizing?

Our customer service is available to you at support@roselle-paris.com. In 9 out of 10 cases, we respond within 24 hours.

3. A quality issue?

Preferably, attach a photo of the item concerned to your message. This allows us to quickly identify the best solution for you: exchange, refund, or other arrangement.

The right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. This period begins from the moment your package is delivered to you, i.e., when the tracking (track & trace) indicates the "delivered" status. You can exercise this right via the withdrawal button available on our site, or by contacting us directly by email with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
