Returns

Please note that we do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, it is.

If you are not satisfied with the items ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receipt.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  1. The order must contain all original parts, components, and packaging in the condition in which they were received.

  2. The product must have been handled normally; damage resulting from misuse or negligent handling is not covered.

  3. Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

  4. Any defects must be reported immediately upon receipt of the product.

  5. We reserve the right to charge the customer for return and/or shipping costs.

  6. A return will be processed within 7 working days. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially accepted during this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged for reasons beyond our responsibility.

How to return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate a return request:

  • Send an email to: support@roselle-paris.com

  • Please include the following information:

    • Order number

    • Reason for the return request

    • Photo of the product in case of damage or defect

    • Customer's first and last name

    • Customer's address

Upon receipt of your request, we will provide you with the appropriate return address.

Never return your package to the sender. We will provide you with the correct return address after validating your request.

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Right of withdrawal

The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, insofar as they are a natural person acting for purposes that are not primarily part of their commercial, industrial, craft, or liberal activity.

A. CONDITIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL

Right of withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes possession of the last good.

As we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are validated. It is therefore not possible to interrupt the shipping process once the order has been placed. Consequently, a refund before receipt of the goods is not possible.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Roselle Paris of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example, by email).

Withdrawal is considered effective when we have received the returned goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Goods already in transit

As our products are shipped from Asia, delivery times may be longer and beyond our control.

If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. We ask you to wait for receipt of your order and then return it in accordance with our return procedure.

You can, of course, inform us in advance of your wish to cancel your order.

To ensure quick processing of your return, we recommend that you send us proof of shipment for the returned package.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, with the exception of delivery costs and additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal notification and the returned goods.

The refund will be made using the same payment method as that used during the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged to you for this refund.

ALL RETURNS ARE SHIPPED TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
