Shipping Policy

What is the delivery time?
The delivery time comprises two phases:
1. Processing time
Within 1 to 3 business days following the placement of the order, it is verified, approved, and packaged. The parcel is then prepared for transport.
2. Delivery time
France: 5 to 10 business days
Shipping is handled by La Poste.
All delivery times exclude potential customs delays. During peak seasons such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year's, deliveries may take longer.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the parcel.

Where is my package?
After shipping, the customer receives an email with a tracking number.
The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. To do this, click on "track your order" in the main menu of our website.
For logistical reasons, the order may be shipped in multiple packages.
My tracking number doesn't work.

It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated. If tracking still provides no information after a few days, you can contact customer service.
